The Dalmore 18 Year Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 750 ml
$36.38
The Dalmore 18 is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. This gives the whisky its foundation of soft vanilla and honey notes. A proportion is then transferred to rare 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry casks, exclusively provided by the renowned bodega, Gonzalez Byass. The personally curated sherry casks gift the whisky its rich, deep chocolate character.
Aromas of vanilla, dark chocolate, orange and cinnamon. The palate has hints of dark chocolate, candied citrus fruits, rich coffee, nutmeg and soft liquorish. Finishing notes of citrus fruits and rich molasses.
