Description
Southern Ag Captan Fungicide is a wettable powder in microfine texture and is dissolved in water as a foliar spray. Formulated for the control of several fungus diseases of fruit, turf, ornamental crops, and also works as a vegetable seed treatment for the control of damping-off diseases and specific seed rots. The active ingredient, Captan, is a non-systemic fungicide which means it is not consumed or absorbed by the plant. It forms a protective barrier on the exterior of the fruits and leaves which inhibit fungi from entering and infecting the plant.
