The Blue Chiffon Rose from Proven Winners has the same great vigorous growth and lacy blooms that the Chiffon series is known for. Its large, single lavender-blue flowers are adorned with a lacy center to create an anemone-like bloom. Blue Chiffon Rose is heat, drought and salt tolerant and attracts bees, butterflies and hummingbirds while deterring certain pests like deer.
