Description
The Dark Blue Moody Blues Veronica is a prolific bloomer from the Southern Living Plant Collection. This beauty reblooms violet-blue flower spikes from spring until the first frost of the year in fall. This is one of the heaviest blooming perennials around. Its foliage is naturally compact and reaches only 12 in. tall to 14 in. tall at maturity. Therefore, it requires almost no maintenance. This is an ideal choice for mass plantings, containers, and mixed garden beds. They are perennials in USDA Zones 6a to 9b and annuals outside of those zones. They grow best in Full Sun exposure and should be watered 2 to 3 times per week during the first growing season. Plant in rich garden soil with good drainage for optimal results. These Dark Blue Moody Blues Veronicas are well-established in 2.5 Qt. (#1) pots. They are not guaranteed to be blooming upon arrival.
