Description
Blocks Bed Bugs Mattresses and bedding are an optimal place for bed bugs to live because of the accessibility to your blood, body heat, and carbon dioxide you exhale. Bed bugs pierce your skin with two hollow tubes; one injects saliva and the other to feed on your blood. Within minutes, they can engorge themselves with blood and reach three times their size. The resulting bite will manifest itself as an open sore, puss-filled blister, rash or hives, and the subsequent itching is incessant. The broken skin and exposed sores can lead to varied levels of infection. Other psychological effects such as anxiety, stress and insomnia are also common to bed bug victims. The ENCASE mattress protector will completely eliminate the passage of bed bugs to and from your mattress, serving as a mechanism for both treatment and prevention. 100% Waterproof Lab-certified protection guards your mattress from bed bugs, liquids, allergens, bacteria and dust mites. A proprietary membrane allows air to pass for quiet and breathable comfort while blocking out the things you don’t want on your mattress for peace of mind and a peaceful night’s sleep. It’s quiet, breathable, doesn’t overheat and won’t change the feel of your mattress. Zippered Encasement Six sides of protection guard the top, bottom and sides of your mattress from bed bugs, liquids, dust mites and allergens. A 360-degree zipper with MICROTITE technology keeps bed bugs and liquids out while allowing you to easily remove the top portion of the protector for laundering. Protector securely fits mattress depths from 6 to 14 inches. Dust Mite and Allergy Defense Combined with other airborne allergens, bed bugs can trigger an asthma attack. In addition, dust mites are a leading cause of allergy, asthma and eczema. Made of quiet, hypoallergenic material, the ENCASE mattress protector by Malouf is designed to keep allergens, pet dander and dust mites from reaching your mattress.
