Description
Now you can enjoy your favorite coffee in color with this special 27 ounce French Press from Le Creuset. Featuring the same enameled stoneware you’ve grown to love from Le Creuset, you can see why some say coffee prepared in a French press is the way every cup should be savored. Coarsely ground coffee beans are steeped in boiling water and then filtered away by plunging the mesh sieve through the press. Direct contact between the beans and the water means a stronger flavor. Loose tea leaves can also be steeped in a French press. Le Creuset Stoneware Protected by a hard-wearing glaze that resists damage from heat and utensils, Le Creuset stoneware is perfectly suited to baking pies, quiches, casseroles and more. The secret to its performance is the even-heating properties, which prevent hot-spots and cook foods in a uniform fashion. The result is a golden brown crust with fully cooked ingredients throughout. About Le Creuset Wildly popular the world around, Le Creuset has been producing some of the finest stoneware and porcelain enameled cast iron cookware available anywhere since 1925, and their latest cookware lines reaffirm Le Creuset’s dedication to excellence and quality.
