Description
The HORL 2 sharpener has the flexibility to satisfy individual requirements in knife sharpening with interchangeable grinding discs and a Magnetic Angle Support with a 15 angle for a fine edge and a 20 angle for a robust blade. The HORL 2 sharpening system combines diamond and ceramic discs to sharpen knives of any hardness, including European kitchen knives, hard or soft steel, stainless and rust-resistant steels, and outdoor knives. The industrial diamonds used are the most durable and efficient abrasives. Achieve a sharp, long-lasting edge on your knives with the 20 grinding angle, perfect for robust cutting tasks in the kitchen and beyond. Create a finely honed, razor-sharp edge on your knives with the extra fine 15 grinding angle, ideal for fine cutting work such as sushi, sashimi, Damascus knives, and particularly hard steels with a high carbon content. Create a finely honed, razor-sharp edge on your knives with the extra fine 15 grinding angle, ideal for fine cutting work such as sushi, sashimi, Damascus knives, and particularly hard steels with a high carbon content. The HORL2 is the latest technological benchmark of the HORL Sharpener family. Two grinding angles and exchangeable grinding discs ensure more flexibility. A completely new, backlash-free rolling feeling is created by the press assembly and the built-in ball bearings. The ceramic coating on the honing side guarantees impressive grinding results.
