The perfect everyday pan, our Hybrid 25 cm is a terrific size for preparing entr��es for two, a hearty solo meal or couple of portions of saut��d veggies. Use your HexClad cookware on any home cooktop or stovetop, including induction. Every piece is also scratch-resistant, dishwasher-safe, and oven-safe up to 260 ��C. (Lids are oven-safe up to 200 ��C.) (Commercial and restaurant use excluded). The 25 cm Pan measures 25 cm in upper diameter, 5 cm in height and 1.3 kg in weight. The HexClad tempered glass lid construction allows you to see what you��re cooking without removing the lid. Tempered glass construction also helps protect against cracks and breaks. Each cover has steam vents and a stay-cool handle.
