"The team was responsive when I reached out. Cushioning is supportive after hours. I've been using it daily for about two weeks now. Slightly heavier than expected, still well balanced though. I'm in San Diego, CA. Glad I went with this one."
"Got the olive green and the weight feels balanced and premium. Brought it to a tailgate and it performed. Color is slightly darker than the listing photo but I actually like it. Five stars from me."
"Got the white finish and the zipper glides without catching. Took it on a road trip last weekend. Five stars from me."
"Shipping was faster than I expected. Took it to the lake house for the weekend. Wish it came in more colors, otherwise great. I'm in Milwaukee, WI. Glad I went with this one."
"Got the navy version and it feels sturdy in the hand. Used it during a move and nothing shifted. Button is a bit stiff at first but loosens up with use. Shipping was quick and the item delivered."
"Picked the blue one and the finish is clean with no rough edges. Took it on a road trip last weekend. Couldn't ask for more at this price."
"Got the travel size and it fits true to size with no surprises. Brought it camping and it held up fine. I'm in Minneapolis, MN. Definitely a repeat customer after this."
"Ordered the refurbished unit and the screen is sharp and bright in daylight. I've been using it daily for about two weeks now. Runs a touch small but nothing a size up didn't fix. Exactly what I needed."
"Ordered the 3-pack on sale and the weight feels balanced and premium. I've had it on the kitchen counter daily. Scent is lighter than I pictured, which I prefer anyway. I'm in Cleveland, OH. No complaints so far."
"Got the white finish and the build quality is better than the photos suggested. Carried it through a busy work week. Definitely a repeat customer after this."
