Ostrich Fern will tolerate some sun, but needs average to moist soil. They’re deer resistant and easy to grow almost anywhere. They thrive even when other plants fail. Each offer includes five dormant bare root perennial roots. Space plants approximately 20 to 24 inches apart for best results. Displays green Foliage from April until first frost. Reaches standard mature height of 4 to 5 feet. Prefers moist soil, but also grows well in average garden soil as long as it is not allowed to dry out during spring and summer.
