Large storage or workshop with 2 floors of openspan area to meet all your needs. This DIY kit features insulated windows and door and a 20ft. Long dormer. During construction additional windows and doors can be installed in the locations of your choosing. First floor headroom is 7ft.-4in. Second floor is 7ft.-in. The included stairs can be installed in anyone of the corners. Wall framing is 16in. o.c. for strength and durability. Determine if a permit is required to build prior to purchasing. Paint, shingles or metal roofing are not included.
