"Ordered the black colorway and the finish is clean with no rough edges. Brought it to a tailgate and it performed. Color is slightly darker than the listing photo but I actually like it. Customer service was helpful when I had a question."
"Ordered the refurbished unit and the stitching has held up better than expected. Tested it through a full week of rain. I'm in Kansas City, MO. Happy with my purchase."
"The team was responsive when I reached out. Cushioning is supportive after hours. I've been using it daily for about two weeks now. Slightly heavier than expected, still well balanced though. I'm in San Diego, CA. Glad I went with this one."
"Packaging was secure and nothing moved. Brought it camping and it held up fine. Glad I went with this one."
"Bought the starter kit and the grip is comfortable for long sessions. Took it to the lake house for the weekend. One minor scuff on the corner, purely cosmetic. I'm in Kansas City, MO. Glad I went with this one."
"Shipping was faster than I expected. Used it at the desk for video calls all month. Solid deal, no regrets."
