Description
Blue Creeping Sedum (Sedum sieboldii) is a hardy succulent that adds a splash of color to the landscape. Gardeners lover its hardiness and ease of growth. This low-spreading sedum is excellent for covering slopes in sunny areas. It forms a perfect, circular mound of arching stems covered with fleshy, round, blue-green foliage outlined in deep pink. The 3/4 in. leaves turn reddish during winter. In late summer, flat heads of pink, star-shaped flowers bloom at the ends of 8 in. stems. Blue Creeping Sedum should be divided every 3-years to 4-years to maintain its compact growth habit. Hardy in USDA zones 3 to 9. Each offer includes one bare root plant grown in 3 inch pot.
