The Blue Fountain Agapanthus from the Southern Living Plant Collection has a dwarf clumping growth habit. From late spring through summer you can expect spikes of brilliant blue bloom clusters. Like other agapanthus, the Blue Fountain tolerates near coastal conditions, frost and neglect.
