I’m confused about the Charging Info. After charging my hand control for 3 hours. there’s still no light. Is it broken?
During charging. the charger’s light turns red and green when fully charged. The hand controller’s light itself remains off during or after charging. To check the battery. press UP or DOWN on the controller; the light indicates the battery level.

The charging frequency for the hand controller should align with how often you plan to use it. However. even if you don’t use the chair lift for extended periods. I recommend charging it fully at least once a month to prevent deep discharge.
Is it safe to use this chair lift in the bathtub. and can I immerse it in water?
