Description
Did you know that taller cages, screen cages, and tank covers can reduce the amount of UVB rays getting to your reptile? The solution is here: The Reptisun 10.0. This T-5 fluorescent bulb features twice the UVB output of standard ReptiSun 10.0 Lamps. The UVB in the Repti Sun 10.0 UVB will penetrate up to 22″ from the bulb’s surface, so it’s great for taller habitats. This lamp provides the UVA & UVB your pet needs in any cage situation. UVA wavelength increases appetite, physical activity, helps to induce reproductive behaviors and is beneficial to the psychological well-being of captive reptiles and amphibians. UVB helps to prevent or reverse Metabolic Bone Disease commonly seen in captive reptiles and it strengthens and improves shell growth on all captive turtles and tortoises. Give your reptile the healthy UVA & UVB it needs for up to a full year before needing replacement with the Reptisun 5.0. Used and recommended by Zoos, Veterinarians, and top reptile professionals.
