The cast iron griddle works in conjunction with Weber’s gourmet BBQ system to provide an extra cooking dimension and the enamel coating makes it very durable and easy to clean with handles either side for easy removal and replacement. Can even be placed directly on the cooking grates of other gas & charcoal barbecues The porcelain-enamelled cast-iron griddle holds smaller food items, expanding your cooking options. It is designed to be used with the hinged grate in 57cm Weber charcoal barbecues. The hinged grate is available separately & has a 30cm insert which can be used for traditional barbecuing or removed to add more charcoal or to drop in the griddle. Porcelain enamelled, cast iron retains heat and delivers professional searing and seals in moisture and flavour. Porcelain enamel finish prevents sticking and allows for easy clean-up. Non-stick Coating. Rust Resistant.
