Description
Fact: dumplings are best served piping hot and fresh from the steamer, not wilted and lukewarm from a takeout container. With this three-tier bamboo steamer, you can skip the wilted take out and recreate the restaurant experience at home. Steamers such as these have been used by chefs for thousands of years because theyre easy to use and they consistently turn out delicious meals. Just fill and stack the steamer in a wok with a little water. Fish comes out perfectly flaky, and veggies retain a bit of bite. Best of all, cleanup is easy with a damp, soapy sponge.
