Use this roll to protect the meat from freezer burn and bacteria while in storage. Sanitary, poly-coating provides the best protection for meat and prevents the paper from sticking to the meat while freezing or thawing. This high-grade butcher paper is what the professionals use and comes in its own cutter box – no need to buy a separate dispenser.
