Description
Trim the fat! Doing so makes for tastier, healthier gravy or stock. So, use the Good Grips 4-Cup Fat Separator by OXO to do just that and remove the bits or pieces mixed in as well. After separation occurs, simply remove the stopper and pour out the liquid, leaving behind the fat in the process. Just because youre pouring doesnt mean that there should be splashing ÿ and thats where the raised shield on top of the BPA-free fat separator comes into play. The comfortable, non-slip handle keeps your hand firmly in place without discomfort, while the measurement markings keep guesswork out of your way. Built right into the strainer is a storage compartment specialized to hold the stopper when not in use. Cooking is time consuming enough as it is, so save some time and stick the separator in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. To keep flavor in and fat out, go with the OXO Good Grips 4-Cup Fat Separator. Healthy meals stay just as they should: tasty!
