The large chunk fuel fire with a bold smoky flavor. These smoking chunks are especially great with beef, lamb, wild game, veggies, and seafood. An excellent choice for cooking with a smoker; chips burn up quickly, but our blocks provide a slow, even burn that creates an aromatic smoke longer.
