Easy clean up; hand wash recommended. Each pan exterior dimensions 13 x 9.6 x 1.1 inches and interior dimensions 12.1 x 8.8 x 1.1 inches. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.
