The Broan 170 white wall heater is perfect for heating any small space that requires on demand warmth. This heater comes with a white grille that has down-flow louvers to direct heat toward the floor and a one-piece design with baked enamel finish for durability. The adjustable front-mounted thermostat offers a simple way to control the level of heat. The Broan 170 offers a rapid heat up time due to an efficient Nickel-chrome Alloy heating element that provides comforting warmth in seconds. This heater may be recessed or surface-mounted, depending on application (surface mounting requires Model 84 surface mount kit). Broan’s 170 features a permanently lubricated motor, a high efficiency blower wheel and a manual overload protector which all combine to ensure reliable operation and years of trouble free heating. This heater is intended to provide supplemental heat from a wall location and not to take place of the home’s main heat source. The Broan 170 is UL listed for safety.
