This electric griddle features an extra-large cooking surface (19″l x 12.5″w) that is perfect for preparing everything from pancakes for breakfast, to vegetables for lunch, to steak for dinner. The griddle offers variable heat settings from Keep Warm (176��F) to 425��F. The ceramic cooking surface with titanium enhanced non-stick coating is durable and easy to clean. The griddle is designed with safety in mind; the cooking plate sits inside the body guard to protect against scalding. The griddle lid allows for speedy cooking. Griddle comes with a stainless steel spatula.
