The ceramic non-stick inner pot is Teflon, PTFE and PFFOA-free, has a volume of 5.7 litres and is exclusively suitable for the Instant Pot. The inner pot is dishwasher safe and suitable for slow cooking and rice cooking. It can also be used in the oven at temperatures up to 360�� C.
