Description
Boasting a chef-inspired, spatula-friendly design, Lodge’s reversible cast-iron pan is really two pans in one – a flat griddle for morning favorites like eggs, pancakes and sausage, and a ridged grill for sizzling-hot meat, seafood and vegetables. Preseasoned and ready to use, the double-burner pan has ergonomic handles and a drip-catching well on each side. Reversible grill/griddle pan fits over two stovetop burners. Heavyweight cast iron transfers and retains heat evenly. Preseasoned for smooth finish that resists sticking and rust. Lifted handles offer ergonomic grip and superior control for both grill and griddle. Each side features drip tray to catch liquid. Low rims make it easy to turn food.
