This 48in.W Brinly-Hardy Dethatcher Attachment is the tool you need to get even more done with your ZTR zero-turn mower. The patent-pending one-bolt design allows it to be mounted to a wide variety of ZTR makes and models in under a minute by clamping firmly around the wheel casters on the mower. Its position in front of the machine gives the operator greater control and articulation, allowing the tines access to corners and other tight spaces where a tow-behind unit simply couldn’t reach. Placing the dethatcher forward of the mowing deck also provides a significant increase in efficiency by enabling pickup of thatch and either collection or mulching in a single pass. What would normally require one pass to extract the thatch and another to collect or mulch it can now be accomplished in half the time.
