Description
An enchanting spectacle. Light the Baies (Berries) candle and this accessory starts to rotate, creating an interplay of straight lines and curves while scents of fruit and flowers fill the air. Directions of use First assemble the carousel, alternating between large and small pendants. Then, once the candle is lit, carefully position the carousel over it. When removing, give it a little time to cool down and avoid touching the top of the carousel as this is where the heat will be most concentrated. When using the candle for the first time, leave it to burn for 2 or 3 hours, until all the wax has become liquid on the surface. Regularly cut the wick with the wick trimmer (ideal length 0.12″ to 0.20″). Be sure to centre the wick in the wax after each use for consistent consumption of the wax. To celebrate the holiday season, Diptyque is showcasing the magic of the flame in a unique manner. In the form of a calligram inspired by the poetic definition found in the Encyclopdie des Lumires, “flame” becomes the central motif of a special collection.
