Description
The traditional hot coffee brewing process releases undesirable acids and oils, resulting in bitter flavor and acidity that is intolerable to many. With cold brewing, only the naturally delicious coffee flavors are extracted, leaving behind the bitter oils and fatty acids, creating a perfectly balanced, smooth extraction of concentrated coffee. Once brewed, concentrated coffee can be kept fresh in the airtight Cold Brew Coffee Maker for up to 2 weeks and used for both hot and iced coffees. New and improved Fine-Mesh Coffee Filter keeps coffee grounds out of your coffee, better than any other cold brew coffee maker. The deluxe cold brew coffee maker also features a non-slip silicone handle, for easy handling and transport. Makes one quart of concentrated coffee. Use with any ground coffee to make perfectly balanced, smooth tasting cold brew. Enjoy hot or iced. Fine mesh coffee filter keeps grounds out of your coffee. Patented airtight leak-proof lid locks in freshness and flavor. Made from high quality BPA-free Tritan plastic, which can withstand boiling hot and ice cold temperatures. Fits in most refrigerator doors. Top rack dishwasher safe.
