Patented hybrid technology utilises ‘tri-ply construction’ ÿ aluminum between two layers of stainless-steel, laser-etched with our hexagonal ridges featuring a protected nonstick surface in the valleys to deliver the searing power of stainless steel, the durability of cast-iron and convenience of nonstick. Use your HexClad cookware on any home cooktop or stovetop, including induction. Every piece is also scratch-resistant, dishwasher-safe, and oven-safe up to 260 ��C. (Lids are oven-safe up to 200 ��C.) (Commercial and restaurant use excluded). The Pan measures approximately 20 cm in diameter, 38 cm in total length and 5 cm in height, and 0.9 kg in total weight including lid. The HexClad tempered glass lid construction allows you to see what you��re cooking without removing the lid. Tempered glass construction also helps protect against cracks and breaks. Each cover has steam vents and a stay-cool handle.
