Hudson takes its vintage look from the past but is crafted with modern cooks in mind, so the durable collection features a tough hard anodized bodoes and a stay-cool Bakelite handles with a striking wood finish. The pots and pans are finished with our Thermolon healthy ceramic nonstick coating, which is reinforced with diamonds for extra strength and better nonstick release. Our coating is also free of PFAS, PFOA, lead and cadmium and will never release toxic fumes, even when overheated. Dishwasher safe. Oven safe up to 320��F, lids up to 425��F. The set includes 9.5-inch frying pan, 11-inch frying pan with lid, 1.5-quart saucepan with pour spouts, 3-quart saut�� pan with lid, nylon and wood solid turner, and nylon and wood slotted spoon.
