The Weber Master-Touch Charcoal Grill combines the ritual of charcoal grilling with convenient features and a wow factor. The porcelain-enameled lid and bowl retain heat for consistent temperature and even cooking. The finish also prevents rusting, cracking, and peeling while withstanding high grilling temperatures. The built-in lid thermometer displays the internal temperature of your grill so that you know when to adjust the heat. The rust-resistant aluminum damper allows for precision heat control. Closing the damper completely will cut off oxygen flow and will eventually extinguish the coals. The Tuck-Away Lid Holder allows you to conveniently slide the lid over to the side of the grill, and tuck it away, to avoid placing it on the ground while grilling. Made of heavy-duty steel, the cooking grate provides ample area to make all of your favorite meals, and it is hinged to make it easy to add charcoal while grilling. The cooking grate is equipped with a special center area that is removable, and designed to allow you to easily add special Weber BBQ System Cooking Inserts, such as a sear grate, poultry roaster, or pizza stone (each sold separately). Use the warming rack to keep food warm, or toast buns, while food grills below. The One-Touch cleaning system provides hassle-free cleanup of charcoal ash and debris by sweeping it into a high-capacity, removable ash catcher. Equipped with taller legs, tool hooks for easy access to grilling tools, and Char-Basket Fuel Holders for easily arranging briquettes, all you need to focus on is mastering your dish.
